He is a known teacher, researcher and thinker in the parlance of Management Education in India. He is an avid researcher & writer with 5 books to his credit and more then 50 research articles in national and international journals.

He is currently the Director of Rizvi Institute of Management Studies & Research and is associated with the Institute for a decade now. It is due to his untiring and ceaseless efforts that the Institute has in a short span of time raised itself into the upper echelons of Management Institutes in the country.

He is an Education Management and Entrepreneurship Expert. He is the first education expert in India to introduce full-time Sports Management degree programs for a sports institute in Mumbai. He has worked in leadership capacities with IMS Learning Resources, Pearson, Vibgyor High, EuroKids before embarking on his own ventures.

Having 26+ years of experience in Human Resources. Worked Tech Mahindra for 16 years as Associate Director- HR, Sandoz Pvt. Ltd (3.5 years) as Head Compensation & Benefits an Sr. HR Business Partner and Novartis Health Care (3.5 years) as C&B Delivery Lead North America. He is a certified Rewards Professional by Aon- Hewitt.
